If you have purchased a Software Support Package, you may contact Hiddentec via email using the form below, or on any of the listed phone numbers during the office hours of 09:00–17:00 Monday to Friday (in EST or GMT)

If a Software Support Package is not in place, support may be charged at an hourly rate.

If you purchased your Hiddentec Software Suite from a distributor, you should contact that distributor for support services.
