Hiddentec Finalists at Essex Business Excellence Awards 2015

ESSEX Buss awards logo 2015 FINALISTHidden Technology are pleased to announce that we have been selected as Finalists at the Essex Business Excellence Awards 2015 in the Export Category.

The awarding body reported the following on their website:

Security specialists send a clear message

A company fighting crime and terrorism around the world was shortlisted for the Award for Export last year. Hidden Technology Systems International Ltd was within a hair’s breadth of winning the prize in this important category.

The firm is a renowned security company, which specialises in developing and manufacturing highly advanced tracking equipment – for which it won the Innovation category in 2014.

A lot of the products they make, and their client-base, have to remain secret so they can’t actually publicise some of what they do.

However their clients do include the Government, police forces, the military, high-end corporate organisations, celebrities and VIPs. The firm exports to 42 countries and exports now make up 80 per cent of turnover.

“We were delighted to have won the Innovation category and to have been shortlisted in the export category,” said Chris Nyland, International Marketing and Special Projects Director. “Exporting is such a big part of what we do now.”

The firm recently took part in a Home Office-approved Security and Policing Exhibition in Farnborough attended by nearly 400 international delegates. It is also attending Counter-terror Expo at Olympia in April. “We would encourage everyone to enter the Essex Business Excellence Awards,” Chris added. “These are highly-regarded awards and whether you win or are shortlisted, it sends a clear message to your clients and potential clients that you are open to scrutiny and examination.”
